Black recording: Screen Recording is not granted to this copy of the app. Grant it, then quit and reopen MoreFrame.

Silent system audio: grant the audio tap, relaunch, and check the system-audio clip is not muted.

Empty shortcut chips: App Store builds often cannot monitor keys. Use captions, or the Direct installer.

Captions ignore max words: change packing. If the track did not recut, click Place again.

Export feels stuck: an image or video canvas background is heavier. Try a solid color to test.
