Follow the cursor

On a zoom block, Follow cursor pans inside the recording. The plate stays where you put it; the crop window moves with the pointer.

Turn it off when the interesting bit is not under the pointer: a toast, a sidebar, a modal. Then place the zoom by clicking the preview.
